Three darts in the treble twenty

The Hungarian Darts Trophy runs Friday to Sunday at the MVM Dome in Budapest. Jonny Clayton, from Pontyberem, is the fourth seed. He is in the Saturday evening session, against the winner of Daryl Gurney and László Kádár. ITV4 has it. You do not need a ticket to Budapest.

Gerwyn Price, from Markham, withdrew before the draw was played. James Wade is out too. Two weeks ago in Auckland it was an all-Welsh final: Clayton 8–4 Price for the New Zealand Darts Masters. That is the form going into tonight, not a press-release rivalry.

European Tour, not Ally Pally. Best-of-11 until the later rounds. If Clayton is still in on Sunday, the afternoon and the evening sessions are both on. Check the PDC order of play Saturday lunchtime — Gurney/Kádár is Friday night, so the opponent is known before Clayton walks on.
